Lesser Knapweed is a perennial species with a thistle-like purple flower head. Traditionally found in old meadows and roadsides, Lesser Knapweed flowers from June-September and reaches a height between 15 - 60cms. Lesser Knapweed is also found in our Traditional Irish Native Wildflower Mix Greater Knapweed and Common Knapweed species are included in our Butterfly and Bee 100% Wildflower Seed Mix
